Beakon Care Transportation maintains a strict zero tolerance policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and staff.

Passenger Conduct
Violence, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Any behavior that places the driver, passenger, or public at risk may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

Substance Use
The use of illegal substances, alcohol misuse, or possession of prohibited items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Driver Conduct
Our drivers are trained professionals who are expected to treat every passenger with dignity and respect. Any form of misconduct, discrimination, or unsafe driving behavior is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.

Safety Compliance
All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the driver, including the use of seat belts and securement equipment for mobility devices.

Beakon Care Transportation reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety policies are violated.
